Putting the client's financial interests first. This is our principle philosophy and is borne out of many years' experience working in a professional practice environment.
Independent professional standards. This means that we apply consistent, independent, high quality standards, and you benefit from comprehensive tailored advice, subject to regular reviews. We believe in the Treating Customers Fairly initiative launched by the FCA in 2008 and our aim is to ensure that all our clients can be confident that they are dealing with a firm where the fair treatment of customers is central to the firm's culture
Being highly qualified. Our advisers are either certified or holders of the Dip PFS. The latter being significantly higher qualifications than the minimum required by the FSA which has now been replaced by the Financial Conduct Authority.
A transparent approach to charges. We distinguish between giving financial advice and effecting investment transactions. Having received financial advice from us, clients are under no obligation to effect any transactions. We receive our remuneration either by commission from the product provider or fees agreed with our clients before any transaction takes place or a mixture of both. At all times we keep our clients informed as to the charges involved.
